Return and Refund Info

RETURN FOR REFUND

- Write an email to puntogwine@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.

- Follow the return procedure communicated by our Customer Service.

Please make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them.

We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

The return of the product must take place within 48 hours of receiving the email received from our Customer Service with the procedures to follow.

The return will be processed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period. Refunds are made via bank transfer or Paypal refund.

The only costs for returning the product for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. In the event of an exchange, shipping of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only.
